IPG Health Strengthens Its Creative Leadership in APAC



On July 15, 2025, IPG Health announced the promotion of Pierre Rou to the role of Executive Creative Director for IPG Health APAC. Over the past decade, Pierre has driven the creative power of the network in China, and with this new position, he will enhance his responsibilities across all agencies in China and Japan. Leading a talented team of over 50 creatives, Pierre is set to advance the network's creative philosophies and impact across these crucial markets.

Boasting two decades of experience in the global healthcare market, Pierre has spent about ten years as Executive Creative Director at McCann Health Greater China, which is part of the IPG Health network. His rich background equips him to blend creativity, technology, data, and science to tackle real-world challenges, foster business growth, and create transformative solutions for people's lives.

After beginning his career in New York, he returned to Asia where he has pioneered transformations in healthcare marketing. During this time, he has created award-winning campaigns that have attracted global recognition. He plays an active role in the global creative community, serving as a juror for major awards, including the Pharm category at Cannes Lions 2024. Pierre’s awards list includes accolades from Cannes Lions, LIA, Clio, Spikes Asia, The One Show, ADC, and New York Festivals, among others. Notably, in 2021, he was recognized as the #1 Top Creative Director in China and #3 globally by Lürzer's Archive.
