For the prefixed course, diners can choose one dish from three pasta options and five main course choices. This summer's highlights feature exquisite seafood such as Bōshū-grown spiny lobster and Yuriage shirasu (whitebait), alongside the signature yeast-aged Akagi wagyu beef which is served with a homemade kabosu pepper. Additionally, the beloved dessert cart service comes to the table, presenting an array of delectable sweet options for a delightful finish.

Chef-Selected Course

For an elevated culinary experience, the chef's choice menu showcases a full course of carefully selected ingredients, including Kumamoto's golden conger eel and Sanriku's abalone, transforming the best ingredients into a memorable feast.

The restaurant itself offers a calm, cool, and sophisticated atmosphere, enhancing the enjoyment of fine Italian dishes. All courses start on June 2nd, 2025, running through to August 31st, 2025, available for lunch from 11:00 AM and dinner service beginning at 5:00 PM.
