Understanding the impact such an event can have on daily life, the company has initiated a special program for the repair of its audio products that may have been damaged during the earthquake.
Overview of the Repair Program
Implementation Period
The repair initiative runs from December 9, 2025, until June 30, 2026. This program aims to provide support to customers whose Harman products have suffered damage due to the earthquake and who have also registered their products on the Harman website.
Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Products
The following products are included in the repair program:
- - JBL: Premium models, standard model speakers, and studio monitor speakers.
- - Mark Levinson: Preamps, power amplifiers, integrated amplifiers, and players.
- - REVEL: HiFi speakers.
Repair Details
Harman International promises to handle repairs necessary for restoring functionality, free of charge, regardless of the original warranty period. This applies only to the damages caused by the earthquake. However, there are specific conditions:
- - Please note that some products may not be repairable due to unavailable repair parts.
- - Only repairs related to earthquake damage are eligible; damage from aging or external conditions is not covered.
- - Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping the damaged items to our service centers, with shipping costs borne by the sender.
- - External damage to speaker cabinets, grilles, amp chassis, or recognizable wear and tear is not eligible for this program.
- - There may be significant wait times for repairs due to parts availability.
