MIAMI REALTORS® Solidifies Southeast Florida Market with Merger
In a significant development for the real estate sector in Southeast Florida, MIAMI REALTORS® has completed its merger with the Martin County REALTORS® of the Treasure Coast (MCRTC). Following the landmark merger that established MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld as the largest entity in the National Association of REALTORS® history, this latest collaboration marks the second major consolidation within just two months, accentuating the organization's commitment to unifying the local real estate landscape.
The newly merged association now operates as a single entity with a robust Multiple Listing Service (MLS), further solidifying its position as the largest local REALTOR® organization worldwide and the third largest MLS nationally. This partnership enhances the MLS dataset, creating the most comprehensive real estate resource across five counties, including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie.
A Vision for the Future
As stated by Dionna Hall, Co-CEO of MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld, the merger with MCRTC is centered on building a strong and sustainable organization for the future. “Our goal is to deliver more innovative solutions and advocacy for our members than any individual association could offer alone,” Hall said. The merger effectively strengthens collaboration and innovation in delivering exceptional services and resources to real estate professionals in the region.
Teresa King Kinney, also Co-CEO, expressed pride in the unification of the real estate corridor extending nearly 120 miles from Miami-Dade to St. Lucie. She emphasized the importance of fostering a community of real estate professionals dedicated to innovation and service excellence. The merger not only expands the potential for member collaboration but also provides access to a wealth of educational resources and technology.
The Legacy of Martin County REALTORS®
Founded in 1926, Martin County REALTORS® brings nearly a century of experience and service to the new entity.
