Mark your calendars! The highly anticipated fifth volume of Marita's beloved series, "やぶさかではございません"〈同棲編〉, will be officially released on April 15, 2025. To celebrate, 株式会社TORICO is hosting a special event at its Manga Exhibition in Shibuya, Tokyo, followed by a second round at the Manga Exhibition in Tennoji, Osaka. This exciting fair will run from April 15 to May 11, 2025, in Tokyo and from May 21 to June 15, 2025, in Osaka.

The setting for this event? A charming café ambiance inspired by the themes of the manga itself—sweet yet bittersweet stories of love. Attendees can expect stunning displays, limited-edition merchandise, and an exclusive signing event with Marita herself! The theme of this extraordinary exhibition will be "喫茶アサガオ," where familiar staff will greet guests in specially styled outfits.

Tokyo Manga Exhibition: Shibuya

• - Date: April 15 (Tue) to May 11 (Sun), 2025
• - Hours: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• - Special Signing: On April 29 (Tue, holiday), a real-sign event will take place from 1:50 PM to 6:30 PM with three sessions available to fans.
• - Admission: Free

Osaka Manga Exhibition: Tennoji

• - Date: May 21 (Wed) to June 15 (Sun), 2025
• - Hours: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM

Exhibition Highlights

• - Art and Merchandise: Attendees can enjoy various displays. These include reproduction sketches, original character design materials, newly illustrated stand panels, and a welcome board signed by Marita. Furthermore, scenes from the upcoming live-action adaptation of "やぶさかではございません" will be showcased.
• - Exclusive Merchandise Sale: The following items will be available during the fair:

- New Release: "やぶさかではございません (5)" (Available from April 15)
- Previous Volumes: "やぶさかではございません (1)～(4)" and "雪と墨 (1)～(3)"

Additionally, a variety of original goods will be offered, including exclusive cards and items only available at the event. For watercolors and designs unique to the exhibition, customers spending 3,000 yen or more will receive a limited-edition ID-style illustration card at random.

Online Pre-orders

Starting from April 3, 2025, fans can pre-order special event goods through our official site until May 31, 2025. However, please note that goods may sell out before the end date. Shipping is expected around late June 2025, but delays are possible due to the nature of fulfillment.

Special Events

• - Rare Acrylic Plate Drawing: Attend the fair for a chance to win a signed acrylic plate from Marita featuring an exclusive illustration. The entry window opens from April 3 to May 31, with results announced around June 3.

• - Live Signing Event: Although sign-up for this event has concluded, it will take place at the Manga Exhibition in Shibuya on April 29, featuring multiple sessions:

- Session 1: 1:50 PM - 3:10 PM
- Session 2: 3:30 PM - 4:50 PM
- Session 3: 5:10 PM - 6:30 PM
