With more than 100 associates under his leadership, Bower's focus will be on private banking, investment management, estate planning, and trust services.

Urich Bowers, Chief Consumer Banking and Strategy Officer, expressed enthusiasm about Bower's leadership, citing his vast experience in building strong teams and fostering lasting client relationships in both large and community banking environments.

Bower brings over 25 years of wealth management experience to the table. Before joining Northwest Bank, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Wealth Officer for CN Bank in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, overseeing broker-dealer and fiduciary services with approximately $1.7 billion in assets under management. His tenure there saw him drive double-digit annual revenue growth and foster collaboration across various banking sectors.

Before his time at CN, Bower was at the helm of wealth management for the Southeast Market at PNC Financial Services, where he achieved remarkable results, including top rankings in new asset under management sales and lending. His career trajectory also includes pivotal roles at Bank of America's private bank.
