Roppongi Hills, managed by Mori Building Company, is set to host the free live event "J-WAVE & Roppongi Hills present TOKYO M.A.P.S Nagaoka Ryosuke Edition" over the Golden Week, specifically on May 3rd and 4th. This festival, co-produced with the popular radio station J-WAVE (81.3FM), promises an engaging mix of music, art, and performance, aiming to provide attendees with a unique cultural experience.
The 'TOKYO M.A.P.S' event was first launched in 2008 with the goal of showcasing various artistic expressions in the vibrant city of Tokyo. Over the years, it has evolved into a significant cultural platform, attracting some of the most talented artists in the industry as program organizers, each bringing their unique flair and creativity to the festival. This year, renowned musician Nagaoka Ryosuke takes the helm as the program organizer, well-known as the vocalist and guitarist of the band Petrolz and the host of J-WAVE's show "CITROËN FOURGONNETTE."
Nagaoka is expected to curate an exciting roster of artists who will deliver performances aimed at stimulating the audience's senses. The anticipated lineup has now been announced, featuring an array of talented musicians. On May 3rd, attendees can enjoy performances from Takio Tajima & Ryosuke Nagaoka, 5lack, Kiichi Arimoto, and Oosaka Monorail. The following day, May 4th, showcases Nagaoka once again along with Junretsu, T-jyro, jan and naomi, and WUJA BIN BIN. Each artist will interpret this year’s theme,
