Supporting Local Businesses: Suit Up 2026 Campaign in Akita Prefecture

Suit Up 2026 Local Support Campaign in Akita

In a significant initiative to bolster local economies, Suits Inc., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has announced its 11th campaign under the "Suit Up 2026 Local Support Campaign". This campaign specifically targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups in Akita Prefecture, offering them a unique opportunity to benefit from a substantial discount on the innovative project and task management tool, Suit Up.

Campaign Details

The campaign starts on March 17, 2026, and runs until March 27, 2026. Eligible companies must have fewer than 100 employees to participate. After filling out the inquiry form for Suit Up, those who subscribe to a paid plan during this period will be eligible for a 20% discount until June 2026.

To join the campaign, interested companies are encouraged to reach out via the inquiry form, specifying their intent with the phrase, "Suit Up 2026 Local Support Campaign". You can access the form here.

Significance of Task Management for SMEs

Suits Inc. has conducted simulations highlighting the economic impact of task management inefficiencies. For instance, a company with 30 employees may incur costs of up to 1.19 million yen each month, simply from checking task progress twice a day between supervisors and employees. This significant burden showcases the need for enhanced visibility and management in task assignments.

Unfortunately, a recent survey conducted by Nulab revealed that many SMEs primarily rely on individual task management tools such as email and handwritten notes, with only a small percentage utilizing dedicated task management software. Thus, this campaign aims to raise awareness about the importance of adopting efficient team task management to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

About Suit Up

This cloud-based service enables firms to visualize their operations, preventing task neglect and overdue deadlines effectively. With a straightforward interface reminiscent of spreadsheet software, Suit Up encourages regular use and integration into daily workflows.

The beta version of Suit Up was launched in April 2024, following its alpha version in September 2023. Users will be able to access essential features such as task templates, deadline notifications, and routine task management, which are not typically available in traditional spreadsheet programs.

The Standard Plan costs 1,080 yen per user per month, while a Starter Plan priced at 500 yen per user per month is available for organizations with ten or fewer users, thereby lightening the financial load for smaller businesses. Additionally, an introductory campaign allows participants to enjoy zero initial costs until June 30, 2026.
