Seminole Hard Rock Collaborates with Producer Mezcal for Unique Cocktails

Seminole Hard Rock Teams Up with Producer Mezcal

Seminole Hard Rock has announced an exciting collaboration with Producer Mezcal LLC, an esteemed artisanal mezcal brand hailing from Oaxaca, Mexico. This partnership aims to meet the growing demand among patrons for signature mezcal cocktails. Beginning March 1, 2025, the partnership will bring these unique cocktails to Hard Rock Hotel New York, six Seminole Hard Rock locations in Florida, and four all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels in Mexico.

The Essence of Producer Mezcal

Producer Mezcal is celebrated for its dedication to traditional, artisanal production methods. The mezcal is crafted by roasting agave hearts, known as pinas, in earthen ovens using local wood and stones, followed by crushing these pinas with traditional stone wheels. This meticulous process ensures that the mezcal captures the authentic flavors of the region and delivers a smooth experience that is both approachable and complex.

Unique Cocktail Experience

The newly introduced cocktails will not only cater to avid mezcal enthusiasts but also welcome newcomers looking to explore the unique flavors of mezcal. Guests can expect a variety of vibrant and refreshing cocktails, each crafted to enhance the distinct character of Producer Mezcal.

Jordan Lewites, co-founder of Producer Mezcal, expressed excitement about the collaboration, stating, "We are beyond excited to bring our award winning mezcal to Hard Rock and Seminole Casino venues. The thorough selection process by Hard Rock reflects the quality, flavor, and purity of our mezcals. We look forward to expanding our partnership across their impressive hospitality portfolio."

Swizz Beatz, investor and partner of Producer Mezcal, added, "We are absolutely thrilled to share our award-winning mezcal with Hard Rock and Seminole Casino guests. This legendary partnership allows us to introduce exclusive new cocktails, creating unforgettable experiences for everyone."

A Commitment to Quality

Alex Becker, Vice President of Food & Beverage for Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, conveyed similar enthusiasm: "We are excited to partner with Producer Mezcal to elevate the authentic mezcal experience across our properties. Our guests are always in search of unique high-quality offerings, and this collaboration allows us to add an exciting dimension to our beverage program that aligns perfectly with our brand's spirit."
