Suits Inc. Launches 10th Local Support Campaign in Iwate

Suits Inc., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has announced the initiation of its 10th installment of the "Suit Up 2026 Local Support Campaign". This initiative particularly targets small to medium-sized enterprises and startups in Iwate Prefecture, specifically those with fewer than 100 employees. From March 10 to March 20, 2026, businesses that submit inquiries through the Suit Up contact form and then proceed to apply for paid plans will enjoy a 20% discount valid until June 2026.

About the Campaign

As businesses recover from the impacts of the pandemic, support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has become increasingly essential. Suits Inc. recognizes the growing need for effective project management solutions among these businesses, which often struggle with task management due to resource limitations. The Suit Up 2026 campaign offers SMEs the chance to access these tools at a reduced cost, helping them optimize their operations. Interested companies can submit their applications through the designated contact form on the Suit Up website, ensuring to mention the campaign in their inquiries.

Utilizing insights from internal simulations, the company revealed that, for a firm with 30 employees, continuous task check-ins could cost around $1,190 per month. This substantial expense underscores the importance of adopting efficient task management systems. However, recent research by Nulabo from October 2023 shows a disconnect between the perceived need for task management tools and their actual implementation. A significant portion of businesses is still relying on traditional methods like emails and handwritten notes for personal task management, despite the advantages of dedicated solutions like Suit Up.

Therefore, this campaign marks a crucial step towards enhancing productivity by promoting the adoption of team-oriented task management tools in SMEs. Suits Inc. aims to continue providing support for the successful implementation and operational use of Suit Up among small businesses.

What is Suit Up?

Suit Up is an innovative cloud-based project management tool designed to simplify and streamline task management for teams. It transforms traditional management practices with AI integration, enhancing the visibility of team tasks and improving coordination. From September 2023, an alpha version was released, and in April 2024, the beta version will encompass advanced features not typically found in spreadsheets or general task management software.
The basic fee for the Standard Plan is set at ¥1,080 (excluding tax) per user per month. However, for companies or organizations with 10 or fewer users, a Starter Plan is available at ¥500 per user per month. Additionally, to encourage trials, Suits Inc. is waiving the initial setup fees until March 31, 2026.
