Daisuke Kato’s Background



Born on December 13, 1981, in Aichi Prefecture, Kato has a diverse career path. He began in the beauty and apparel industries before entering the sales domain at Kōtsū Co., Ltd. During his tenure, he also held leadership positions in group companies. Kato’s experience includes establishing and scaling sales organizations for multiple startups.

In 2018, he joined Adish, a company specializing in customer success, where he played a pivotal role in its initial public offering (IPO). After serving as the executive officer in charge of the sales division, he led the customer relations department.

In 2023, Kato joined FUNDINNO as the chief revenue officer (CRO), overseeing all departments that directly influence sales, encompassing sales, marketing, and customer success. In 2024, he took a pivotal role as COO at Paronym Co, Ltd., establishing a strong foundation that would lead him to OneBox.
