Upcoming Workshop: Enhancing Team Success through Design Attitude

On November 7, 2025, a collaborative workshop titled "Cultivating Team Success Through Action Habits: Learning from 'Design Attitude' for Future Workstyles" will be hosted by Infobahn and Consent. This event promises to be informative, interactive, and beneficial to all who attend, as it addresses the essential skills needed to thrive in today’s ever-evolving work environment.

The workshop stems from the need for professionals, particularly in business development and value creation, to possess a mindset that can navigate uncertainty while still making progress. In today’s rapidly changing society and market, employees require more than just specialized knowledge; they need the ability to advance confidently amidst ambiguity.

The workshop will see the participation of industry leaders and next-generation leaders, who will discuss the significance of cultivating behaviors that promote team success through a ‘Design Attitude’ lens. Keynote speaker Shunichiro Takei, the IT Strategy Director at SMBC Consumer Finance, will share practical case studies and insights about how to foster a culture focused on enhancing team member awareness and actions.

About the Hosts
