Charis Jones comes to Stratos with nearly 30 years of rich experience in the financial landscape, having held several pivotal leadership roles that span various components of financial services. Before joining Stratos, Jones served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Hightower Securities and held the position of Executive Director of Compliance at Hightower Advisors. During her tenure there, she significantly advanced governance and regulatory strategies, showcasing her capacity to lead in fast-paced and challenging environments.

Prior to her accomplishments at Hightower, Jones dedicated over eight years to LPL Financial, where she climbed through the ranks and took on various key senior leadership roles. These included her positions as Senior Vice President, Chief Supervisory Officer, Head of Home Office Supervision, and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of Advisory Compliance. This extensive background positions her as an ideal fit to lead Stratos’s operational teams effectively.

Jones's career also includes formative years at Morgan Stanley, where she worked as an Executive Director, playing an instrumental role in developing oversight frameworks for one of the industry's largest advisory platforms. Additionally, her experience as Vice President at Citi Private Bank allowed her to deliver exceptional support to ultra-high-net-worth and law-firm clients, further enhancing her portfolio of skills.

In her new capacity as COO at Stratos, Jones will be primarily focused on optimizing the operational infrastructure of the firm. Her goal will be to enhance advisor service delivery and ensure continued excellence across Stratos's regulatory and investment functions, aligning well with the organization's mission.
