Enlyte Honors Nine Exceptional Case Managers in 2026 Awards Ceremony

Enlyte's 2026 Heart of Case Management Awards: Celebrating Excellence

Enlyte has proudly announced the winners of its annual Heart of Case Management Awards, honoring a record nine case managers for their remarkable contributions to supporting injured employees. The event aligns with National Case Management Week, taking place from October 11 to 17, and this year introduces a new category focused on behavioral health. This move highlights the growing importance of mental health services in the recovery process and the journey back to work.

The awards, now in their 11th year, recognize Enlyte's case managers who have demonstrated exceptional qualities such as judgment, communication, and adaptability, profoundly impacting the lives of injured workers. Each winner was nominated either by colleagues within Enlyte or by clients, with varied categories that include catastrophic, field, disability, telephonic case management, and the new behavioral health division.

Acknowledging the Whole Person

Helen Froehlich, Enlyte's Senior Vice President of Utilization Management, remarked, “A diagnosis tells only part of a person's story.” She emphasized the significance of understanding an individual’s circumstances both at home and during their recovery. The award recipients exemplify how a comprehensive approach can empower individuals to regain their confidence and independence.
