AlphaDrive's New Initiative: 'Next Drive'
Gunma Prefecture has embarked on a second round of its innovative support program titled
'Next Drive', specifically designed for successors (atotsugi) within the region. This initiative, aimed at nurturing new projects and supporting their execution, offers a unique platform for successors to transform their ideas into tangible business ventures.
The program officially invites participants, particularly those interested in revamping existing businesses, introducing new products or services, and expanding market reach. Through AlphaDrive's dedicated mentors, participants will receive comprehensive support over six months, ensuring their visions come to life. Mentors will work closely with the participants, propelling them from the ideation phase to execution, and facilitating collaboration among peers through events such as mid-term demo days and achievement presentations.

Program Goals
The 'Next Drive' program is open to successors of small to medium-sized enterprises based in Gunma Prefecture, with seven slots available for participants. The timeline extends from October 2025 to March 2026, during which participants will engage in various structured events, including kick-off meetings, mid-term evaluations, and final presentations showcasing their business structures.
