Background of Alejandro Przygoda

Throughout his career, Alejandro has held several senior positions at Jefferies, including Co-Head of Global Investment Banking and Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group from 2021 to 2025. Prior to that, he spent 18 years at Credit Suisse, serving as the Global Head of FIG for the last decade. His investment banking journey began in 1995 at CS First Boston in New York, followed by senior roles at Greenhill and UBS. Also noteworthy is his tenure as Chief Financial Officer for the Argentine subsidiary of General Re from 1990 to 1993.

Mr. Przygoda's academic credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar with honors. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Universidad de Buenos Aires as the valedictorian and is a certified public accountant in Argentina. Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Mr. Przygoda frequently shares his insights on activism defense and M&A at The Wharton School and actively participates in the Board of Trustees at the Collegiate School in New York City.
