For Vans: The LF125P battery, with a capacity of 41.86 kWh, features a direct current 2C charging system, delivering a stable maximum current of 250 ampères. This allows the battery to charge from 20% to 80% in just 18 minutes. Furthermore, it incorporates a natural cooling thermal management system to enhance energy efficiency, and it comes with an eight-year or 600,000-kilometer warranty.
2.
For Light Trucks: The M254 battery boasts a large central mounting pack with a total capacity of 160 kWh, providing a specific energy of 180 Wh/kg and a range of around 400 kilometers. Its efficiency remains impressive, yielding 85% even at -20 degrees Celsius.
3.
For Heavy-Duty Trucks: EVE Energy has introduced cutting-edge CTB technology batteries that fit directly into the chassis. This includes the LF230P, capable of ultra-fast charging from 10% to 80% in 18 minutes, and the highly integrated LF668, which has an impressive capacity of 668 ampere-hours, measuring under one meter in height and saving 0.5 tons in weight. Additionally, the LF420 battery, rated at 563 kWh, yields a specific energy of 145 Wh/kg, while the LM284 battery, with a capacity of 851 kWh, presents a density of 170 Wh/kg and an extensive range of 700 kilometers.
4.
For Buses: The LF324S battery, designed for the complete lifecycle of buses, has a capacity of 43.8 kWh with a ten-year or one-million-kilometer guarantee and achieves a specific gravimetric energy of 170 Wh/kg. It results from three major technological breakthroughs.
5.
For Chargers: The LF628 battery with a 350 kWh capacity features 200 Wh/L integration, allowing for rapid installation within two minutes and an endurance of 6,000 charges.
Advanced Technology and Safety Features
EVE Energy disclosed five fundamental technologies that underpin the advanced performance of its commercial vehicle battery solutions. The LMX chemical system supports an 800V platform, providing a 15% higher energy retention on a single charge with the ability to charge in 40 minutes at -30 degrees Celsius. Its streamlined design reduces components by 50%, boosts system power by 25%, and lessens resistance by 50%. The cutting-edge third-generation liquid cooling system maintains system temperatures at 42 degrees Celsius while keeping a differential of 5 degrees Celsius, extending battery life by 20%.
In terms of safety, these batteries have passed rigorous tests, including 300-joule impact resistance and three-meter drop tests, and they exceed the standards set by Chinese national regulations. The AI-powered operating system provides failure alerts for seven days, maintains a state accuracy of 3% across all scenarios, and reduces energy consumption by 10%.
The unveiling ceremony featured showcases from industry partners, including Huawei, Sany, Dongfeng Trucks, Foton, JAC, Farizon, and DFLZM, displaying leading-edge technologies.
