Minako Kusaka


A talented picture book author, Minako Kusaka creates both the text and illustrations. She lives in the suburbs of Tokyo with her two rescue cats, Pino and Mona. A graduate of Sophia University, her notable works include 'Ichi Nichi Panda' and 'Mori Neko'.

Mio Hashimoto


Based in an old warehouse in Mie Prefecture, Mio Hashimoto is a sculptor renowned for her wooden carvings of animals, crafted from camphor wood. Her art captures the essence of animals, offering viewers a second chance to encounter these creatures through her sculptures.
