An Immersive Journey Into the Ocean at Xpark

Taiwan's urban aquarium, Xpark, located at 105 ChunDe Road, Zhongli District, celebrates its fifth anniversary with a stunning renewal project. From June 28, 2025, visitors can experience the immersive ocean art exhibit titled `Xpark meets NAKED -Ocean of Light 潛浸海洋-`. Created in collaboration with NAKED, Inc., this exhibit combines the company's renowned intellectual property, NAKED OCEAN, with the aquarium's vision of learning and emotional resonance.

This new space takes the audience through a cleverly designed interactive environment where the pulsating rhythm of life and marine ecology unfolds. Incorporating vivid displays alongside artistic expression, this exhibit invites guests into a story about the ocean, filled with sensory experiences highlighted through light, sound, and movement.

A Vision Brought to Life

Xpark aims to foster learning, emotional connections, coexistence, and sustainability. The exhibit visualizes life, birth, and connections through art, demonstrating the importance of marine biodiversity and harmonious coexistence. Suitable for all ages, it provides a blend of entertainment and education—what is referred to as ‘edutainment.' NAKED has a rich history of producing resonant spaces in various aquariums across Japan, including Maxell Aqua Park in Shinagawa. Their experience translates to a unique oceanic encounter at Xpark, harmonizing artistic expression with biological displays.

1. Formosa: A radiant representation of Taiwan’s sunlight-drenched sea, with light art filling the space to communicate the beauty of its rich ecosystem.

2. Diving in Coral Sea: A dynamic display of schools of fish, allowing guests to feel the power of marine life coexisting with coral.

3. The Hidden Abyss: Journeying into the unknown, this segment features a submarine traversing a dark sea filled with mystical creatures.

4. Ocean Paradise: This interactive experience lets visitors swim among newborn fish, integrating them into the ecosystem of a marine paradise.

5. Sea of Fluid Jellyfish: An art experience that merges with the rhythm of water and light, enabling guests to float along with jellyfish, reflecting on the fragility and beauty of life.

6. The Timeless Ocean: A captivating grand finale where a kaleidoscope of light and jellyfish showcases the eternal nature of the sea.
