E'Tiffany Jones Joins Donor Network West as Vice President to Drive Community Engagement and Marketing Success
E'Tiffany Jones Appointed Vice President of Marketing at Donor Network West
Donor Network West, a prominent organ procurement organization serving Northern California and Northern Nevada, has recently enhanced its executive team by welcoming E'Tiffany Jones as its new Vice President of Marketing and Communications. This strategic appointment is part of the organization's commitment to advancing community engagement and elevating awareness about the critical importance of organ and tissue donation.
As a vital institution in organ procurement, Donor Network West plays a crucial role in saving lives through its services. With Jones's extensive background in communications, outreach, and partnership development, the organization aims to bolster its marketing efforts, reaching its service area of nearly 14 million people more effectively.
Jones joined Donor Network West in mid-2025, where she significantly contributed to enhancing marketing strategies and community outreach. Her impactful role allowed her to oversee various community education programs and partnerships, aimed at increasing public trust and understanding regarding organ donation. "I believe E'Tiffany's innovative ideas and leadership will inspire our teams to achieve exceptional results," stated Dr. Janice Whaley, President and CEO of Donor Network West.
Before her time at Donor Network West, Jones served as the head of production as well as the director of communications and strategic partnerships at OneLegacy, a non-profit organization in the Greater Los Angeles area dedicated to similar goals. She is recognized as a founding member of the OPO HBCU task force and has held significant positions in various initiatives aimed at promoting organ donation awareness. Moreover, she is actively involved with several organizations including the California Black Health Network and serves as a prominent speaker within the community.
Jones's journey to Donor Network West is deeply personal. After relocating from the East Coast to Los Angeles for a career in film and television, she found her passion in organ procurement advocacy when her father faced congenital heart failure. His personal experience as a heart transplant recipient on Mother’s Day motivated her to dedicate her efforts toward improving community health awareness and promoting organ donation. "Being part of a mission-focused organization is incredibly fulfilling for me," Jones shared. "I am honored to be part of a team that works tirelessly to save lives every day."
During her tenure at Donor Network West thus far, Jones has already seen potential for growth and innovation. In 2025, the organization successfully facilitated 1,269 organ transplantations, a testament to the essential work they undertake in collaboration with local hospitals and healthcare providers. Jones's vision involves expanding these efforts and ensuring that the vital message of organ donation reaches more individuals and families.
In addition to her expertise in organ procurement, Jones brings a wealth of experience from the cable television industry, where she has produced live shows and managed large-scale events in conjunction with esteemed media outlets such as NBCUniversal, Viacom, and the Oprah Winfrey Network. This diverse skill set is expected to enhance Donor Network West's media relations and brand campaigns.
As E'Tiffany Jones takes on her new responsibilities, her commitment to the mission and her dynamic leadership style are poised to lead Donor Network West into its next chapter of growth and community impact.
