Kuradashi Partners with Tsuji-Hongo Smart Assets for Energy Storage Development



In a landmark agreement, Kuradashi, headquartered in Shinagawa, Tokyo, has partnered with Tsuji-Hongo Smart Assets, also based in Tokyo, to establish a joint investment venture focusing on the development of energy storage facilities. This collaboration has resulted in the formation of a special purpose company, Kuradashi Investment, and the signing of an asset management agreement that entrusts Kuradashi with the operational management of the energy storage assets.

The joint investment agreement is set to kick off the development and operation of three initial projects within the country, marking a significant step in their partnership that was first announced in November 2025. With a strong commitment to positively impact society through sustainable business practices, Kuradashi aims to convert social issues into economic value, driving real change within the community.
