Rob McCourt joins Standard Wellness from Firelands Scientific, where he co-founded the organization and served as Executive Vice President of Revenue. His achievements there were monumental; he was instrumental in transforming Firelands from a startup lacking revenue into a leading multi-state operator employing over 250 individuals. During his tenure, he led initiatives that saw him develop a commercial organization with more than 160 team members and create an impressive array of brands along with a substantial retail presence.

Before immersing himself in the cannabis industry, McCourt garnered rich experiences at major corporations Cisco Systems and Verizon. At these technology giants, he was known for his prowess in go-to-market strategies and consultative selling, equipping him with insights that will be beneficial for Standard Wellness as it continues to innovate in a competitive sector.
