Rules and Procedures
LightInTheBox has established several rules for the orderly conduct of the meeting:
- - All shareholders and proxy holders must register upon arrival.
- - The meeting will be video recorded to maintain an accurate record. Individual recordings are prohibited.
- - Only shareholders with ordinary shares or American Depositary Shares (ADSs) by the record date can vote. ADS holders must instruct the Bank of New York Mellon to vote on their behalf.
- - Attendance does not revoke proxies.
