Central Sports New Year Practice Event

Central Sports Co., Ltd., which operates sports clubs across approximately 260 locations in Japan, is excited to announce a public practice session and a media event for its gymnastics team to kick off the New Year.

Event Details

• - Date and Time: January 5, 2026 (Monday) starting at 12:30 PM (registration begins at 12:00 PM)
• - Location: Juntendo University Sakura Campus, OGAWA Gymnastics Arena

1-1 Hiraga Gakuen-dai, Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture

The practice session will provide a unique opportunity for fans and media to witness the athletes in action. Following the practice, there will be a media gathering with participating athletes. The media event is expected to start around 3:15 PM after the conclusion of the practice.

Participating Athletes

The following members of the Central Sports Gymnastics Team will be present:

• - Waka Kaya
• - Kō Tanigawa
• - Shō Tanigawa
• - Teppei Miwa
• - Daiki Hashimoto
• - Ryosuke Doi

The media gathering will be held in the meeting room located on the second floor of the gymnastics arena. Please note that individual interviews with the athletes will not be possible during this event.

Media representatives wishing to attend must fill out the application form by the deadline:

Additional Information

1. Attendees are requested to bring their business card and corporate armband for verification. The filming position will be assigned based on the order of registration.
2. There will be no audio line or video equipment provided at the venue.
3. Please complete the visitor registration at the guard station at the main entrance of the campus.
4. Central Sports staff will manage the media registration process.

Access Information

• - Nearest Station: Keisei Shisui Station
• - Bus: Take the bus from Keisei Shisui Station heading to Gakuen-dai for 5 minutes and get off at Juntendo University-mae.

If you plan to drive to the venue, please notify us of the number and type of vehicles you will be bringing via the registration form. A parking area is available next to the gymnastics arena.

Note: Depending on the number of vehicles, you may need to use alternative parking nearby, so please plan accordingly.

On the event day, Central Sports staff will be available at the OGAWA Gymnastics Arena for registration after completing visitor check-in at the guard station. We look forward to welcoming you to this exciting New Year event in the world of gymnastics!
