Ryoko Kumakura from

networking session will take place from
7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, allowing artists to mingle and exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
About the Guest Artist: Ryoko Kumakura
Ryoko Kumakura, born in Tokyo in 1991, graduated from the Painting Department of Tama Art University in 2014. Currently based in Tokyo, Ryoko explores themes surrounding the visualization of historical processes and reinterpretations of understanding through her artwork. Her creations experiment with various styles of representation, combining realism with dynamic line work, and often challenge viewers' perceptions of reality. Recently, her exhibitions have included notable showcases such as:
- - "Tange, movebis" (Mitsukoshi Contemporary Gallery, 2024)
- - "The Coconut at the Shore, the Glass Float at the Antipodes" (Quadrivium Ostium, 2024)
- - "Pseudomer" (RED AND BLUE GALLERY, 2024)
Ryoko is also a recipient of the
34th Holbein Scholarship in 2021 and was selected for the
