Noto Peninsula Earthquake Recovery Event
On the three-year anniversary of the Noto Peninsula earthquake, a special recovery support event is being organized at the American diner, MOJA in the HOUSE located in Shibuya, Tokyo. This initiative, led by Cafe Company, will take place from December 17, 2025, to January 18, 2026, in collaboration with the Nippon Foundation. The event will feature the “Noto Peninsula Reconstruction Support Activities Photo Exhibition by Leslie Kee,” showcasing images that highlight community resilience and recovery efforts following the natural disaster.
This exhibition aims to bring attention to local initiatives launched after the earthquake, including portraits of volunteers and support organizations that have played significant roles in the recovery process. Leslie Kee, a renowned photographer from Singapore, will showcase his work that underscores the importance of community and collaboration in disaster response.
