As Learning and Development Manager, Courtney will play a crucial role in evaluating the learning requirements across the firm and will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing training programs that are aimed at professional growth. With a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Messiah University, she has laid a solid foundation for her career.
