As Learning and Development Manager, Courtney will play a crucial role in evaluating the learning requirements across the firm and will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing training programs that are aimed at professional growth. Her efforts will focus on aligning training initiatives with the firm’s broader strategic goals, addressing skills deficits within teams, and nurturing a continuous learning environment.

Moreover, she has participated in the Onboarding Training Committee, working to construct a comprehensive induction program for new team members. Courtney was previously on the Steering Committee of the Brown Plus Emerging Professionals (BEP) Group, which orchestrates monthly professional development, networking, and community service opportunities for the firm’s younger professionals.

Beyond her contributions to Brown Plus, Courtney is committed to the development of accounting professionals on a global scale. She actively participates in LEA Global’s Young Professionals Group Steering Committee, which hosts meetings, conferences, and working groups focused on supporting young professionals in the accounting sector internationally.

She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Pennsylvania and brings over five years of expertise in providing tax services to a diverse clientele. With a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Messiah University, she has laid a solid foundation for her career.
