XCMG Showcases Reliability and Technical Prowess at FIM SuperEnduro World Championship

In an impressive display of machinery and technical expertise, XCMG Machinery participated in the renowned FIM SuperEnduro World Championship, held in Stockholm, Sweden, in December 2025. Partnering with its Nordic distributor, ELVATE, XCMG sponsored this prestigious off-road motorcycle competition, known for its challenging indoor tracks and high stakes.

The construction and maintenance of the SuperEnduro course posed significant challenges that required the finest in engineering and reliability. The racecourse featured steep inclines, various obstacles, and intricate turns, all of which required precise construction conditions. To ensure optimal soil conditions, the moisture content had to remain between 8% and 12%, and soil compaction needed to be maintained at 85% to 90%. These specifications were vital to achieve structural stability while ensuring the riders had sufficient traction.

To fulfill these demanding requirements, XCMG deployed a coordinated fleet of machines. The operation was led by the XC968EV electric wheel loader and the XE270EV electric excavator, both part of XCMG's advanced alternative drive technology portfolio. Their efficiency and quick responsiveness were crucial for tasks such as constructing significant ramps and compacting the track surface. Additionally, the XE260E excavator, outfitted with specialized attachments, facilitated the effective distribution and shaping of soil, minimizing repositioning needs. The XC7-TV12 compact loader demonstrated exceptional off-road capability and climbing ability, adeptly adjusting to the complex terrain while minimizing surface disruption during compaction and loosening processes.

Reliability became critical even during the races, where constant landings and collisions necessitated frequent repairs every 20 to 30 minutes. XCMG machines were on standby throughout the event, swiftly returning to the track after each race segment to restore surface conditions and ensure rider safety. Compact loaders equipped with rakes and buckets played a vital role in repairing the course and re-establishing surface elasticity under tight timelines. Tom Burwell, the event director, commented, "The machinery from XCMG operated continuously with remarkable reliability. Their stability exceeded expectations, ensuring that pre-race preparations were completed on time and to a high standard."

Steve Forrester, an experienced operator from Australia, praised the performance of XCMG’s electric excavators, noting their smooth operation and rapid response during the track construction.

The proven performance of XCMG machinery during this prestigious event not only showcased the reliability and technical mastery of their machines but also facilitated ELVATE's acquisition of additional client orders on-site. Moving forward, XCMG is set to continue collaborating with partners to expand its solutions across various applications, solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.
