Expansion of Hybrid Ramen Stores by Garden Co., Ltd.
Garden Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo, is excited to announce the introduction of a new hybrid ramen concept across seven of its popular brands. From August 27 to September 14, 2026, restaurants including
Daruma no Me,
Ganso Nakasu Yatai Ramen Ichiryuu, and
Passionate Rice Don will sequentially open their doors featuring this unique dining experience. To celebrate the launch, a special price for Aburasoba will be offered at the opening dates of these locations, with bowls priced at only 750 yen including tax.
This follows the successful introduction of the hybrid model at the first location,
Ichikakuya Shibuya Center Street, which launched on April 28, 2026. Within a remarkable 100-day span, the concept expanded to over 100 establishments, showcasing an exceptional growth rate. Now, the company is excited to extend this model beyond
Ichikakuya to its other well-loved brands.
The new stores will be strategically located in areas bustling with activity, such as Shinjuku and Nishi-Shinjuku, as well as near Haneda Airport and the lively shopping district of Kamiooka in Yokohama. This allows the
Aburasoba experience to reach diverse clientele, whether they are grabbing lunch, dining after work, or seeking a late-night meal.
