This significant achievement comes on the heels of strong consumer demand for digital gifts and a record-breaking quarterly performance in both sales and the number of partner companies. Founded in 2010, Giftee started offering its services in 2016 and has continually expanded beyond BtoC to include BtoE, BtoB, and GtoC operations.
The "Giftee for Business" platform is designed to meet a wide range of corporate needs, including rewards for completing surveys, boosting customer visits, and executing social media marketing campaigns. Its flagship products, the "Giftee Box®" and "Eraberu Pay®," have become popular tools due to their versatility, allowing recipients to choose their preferred gifts based on location, gender, and age, resulting in high satisfaction rates across various campaigns.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, renowned SOMPO Himawari Life Insurance incorporated Giftee's Point Base into its "MY Himawari" app, enabling users to manage and redeem loyalty points for digital gifts seamlessly. The platform supports multiple mobile payment solutions, enhancing usability for customers.
In efforts to innovate within the BtoC sector, Giftee launched the "Performance Media Network," a promotional platform focusing on specific marketing outcomes. This service allows brands to notify consumers about promotions while offering an AI-driven purchase validation where users upload receipts to earn gift points or redeem Eraberu Pay® credits.
To broaden its outreach, Giftee introduced its "Corporate Gift" service in October 2022. DAIWA Institute of Research also adopted Giftee's Point Base for their corporate wellness program called "Habit", providing employees with points for using a health application, which can then be exchanged for gifts or digital credits.
