Food Safety Tech Introduces FSTR

In a groundbreaking move, Food Safety Tech has announced the launch of Food Safety Tech Research (FSTR), a dedicated research and advisory organization solely focused on food safety, technology, and data-driven operational performance. This joint venture with David Hatch, a veteran in tech research within the industry, represents a significant step forward in providing the food sector with independent benchmarking intelligence.

The initiative debuted its flagship study, the Food Safety Digital Maturity Benchmark, during the 15th Anniversary Food Safety Consortium held in Washington, D.C. from October 21 to 23.
