The Protean Career Association is excited to announce an additional session for our 1-on-1 seminar focused on career development. Following our initial success on August 6th, we will host this informative event on September 10th, 2023, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at our venue in Nihonbashi Kayabacho, Tokyo.

Our association, dedicated to fostering better relationships between organizations and individuals while supporting proactive career development, aims to provide valuable insights and practical techniques in facilitating 1-on-1 dialogues that truly matter. The seminar will be supervised by our esteemed representative director and Professor of Career Design at Hosei University, Kenji Tanaka.

What to Expect


During this seminar, participants will engage in a live demonstration of effective 1-on-1 conversations using our specialized Career Development Diagnosis. Prior to the event, attendees will have the opportunity to experience the diagnostic tool for free, allowing for more enriched discussions during the seminar. As we have limited seating for 20 participants, we encourage early registration to secure your place.

Meet Our Speakers


Kazuya Kurihara started his career as a system engineer at a major foreign IT service company after graduating. He shifted to HR, focusing on recruiting engineers and facilitating dialogues with thousands of students. In 2022, he established his own platform to support corporate career development and organizational growth.

Takahiro Mori joined Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in 2009, and later transitioned into educational settings, leading programs that enhance career readiness for high school students.
