As summer vacation comes to an end, Karaspo, a children's functional sports school, is excited to announce a special event focused on core development through fun and engaging activities. Scheduled for August 30 and 31, 2025, the workshop titled 'Bear Walk × Core Training' kicks off with the goal of improving children's fitness in a playful environment.

Why Focus on Core Training?

The transition from summer vacation is a critical period for children as they often show changes in their physical capabilities and posture. At Karaspo, we believe that foundational physical skills, particularly core strength and quality of basic movements, are crucial during the early years of childhood. This event aims to provide an entertaining and educational approach to these essential elements.

This workshop is crafted to be enjoyable and accessible for every child, ensuring that they can participate fully, even if they aren’t naturally inclined towards sports.
