Delightful Limited Edition Sweets for Mother's Day at Maison Cacao

Mother's Day Limited Edition Sweets by Maison Cacao

With Mother's Day just around the corner, the gourmet chocolate brand Maison Cacao, founded by Shingo Ishihara in Kamakura, is set to unveil three exquisite limited edition sweets starting April 15, 2026. These offerings, featuring domestically grown roses, aim to celebrate the love and appreciation we feel for our mothers. The centerpiece of this collection is the 'MERCI' Aroma Chocolate, a delicious treat crafted to convey heartfelt emotions through the symbolic gesture of a bouquet of roses.

Limited Edition Sweets

'Aroma Chocolate MERCI' (¥3,240 incl. tax)

This delightful treat combines two types of bittersweet dark chocolate, expertly blended to create a vibrant and fruity flavor profile, enriched with a jam made from rare, hydroponically grown Japanese roses. The rich scent reminiscent of old roses, with its sweet and sour nuances, perfectly complements the bitterness of the cocoa, melting in your mouth for a delicate experience.

'Aroma Chocolate ELEGANCE' (¥3,240 incl. tax)

Incorporating hand-picked young tea leaves, this chocolate features a refined Earl Grey flavor. The refreshing citrus notes from bergamot combine beautifully with the depth of the chocolate, resulting in a sophisticated and elegant treat with subtle hints of caramel. It’s designed to convey gratitude to those dear to you.

'Cake Chocolate MERCI' (¥3,780 incl. tax)

This is a special Mother's Day exclusive that enhances the rich chocolate flavor of traditional gateau chocolat. Crafted only from fresh cocoa harvested from their own Colombian farm, the cake is presented in a semi-soft texture, challenging the conventions of typical baked goods. Enjoy it warm or chilled, making it a perfect centerpiece for a meaningful day spent together with loved ones.
