His career also included significant experience in commercial real estate law at Morgan Lewis LLP, further bolstering his credentials in the field.

With over three decades of experience in the shopping center industry, Donnelly has authored numerous articles and has been a speaker on various commercial real estate topics. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Connecticut College and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law, where he contributed as an editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
