Support for Disaster-Affected Areas

In light of the heavy rains that began on June 24, 2023, and the accompanying disasters, we extend our heartfelt condolences to all those affected. We sincerely hope for a swift recovery for all individuals impacted by this natural calamity. In response, Buffalo Corporation, based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, and Advance Design Corporation, also headquartered in Chiyoda, are stepping up to provide essential data recovery services free of charge to those residing in areas covered by the Disaster Relief Law.

What We Offer

Buffalo and Advance Design will offer complimentary data recovery services to individuals who are affected by the disaster and living in the designated relief areas. This includes a free diagnosis and estimation of any associated costs. We welcome applications from individuals who have lost data, regardless of which company's products were affected. If you are applying, please make sure to include the phrase "Heavy rain starting June 24, 2023" and the relevant disaster name in the comments or additional contact information fields during your application process.

Both Buffalo and Advance Design are committed to helping the victims, and it does not matter which company you choose to apply to; the data recovery service will be provided at no cost in either case.

Eligible Items and Individuals

• - Items Covered: Any Buffalo products that were damaged, as well as products from other companies (our service extends beyond just Buffalo items).
• - Eligible Participants: Individuals living in areas designated under the Disaster Relief Law (the focus is primarily on personal data).
