Huawei Unveils Intelligent 4+10+N Solutions for SMEs
In a significant event held in Shanghai, Huawei's Executive Director, David Wang, introduced the latest innovations aimed at supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with their intelligent transformation. This initiative, showcased during the unveiling of the HUAWEI eKit 2025, focuses on delivering practical solutions designed specifically for the unique challenges faced by SMEs.
The event, themed "Together for Growth, Everything for Intelligent Solutions," highlighted the introduction of the HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N framework. This framework encompasses four core scenarios, ten comprehensive solutions tailored to various situations, and an extensive series of adaptable products. According to Wang, these solutions intend to make intelligent technologies as accessible as basic utilities like water and electricity.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly becoming a crucial element in modern business operations. While current applications focus primarily on creating smart assistants for employees, future implementations are projected to integrate more deeply with core production systems. This technological integration is expected to revolutionize product, service, and operational models, with AI emerging as a vital driver of business growth.
In China alone, there are over 58 million SMEs, which contribute to more than 80% of urban jobs and account for 60% of the national GDP. However, the adoption of AI in these organizations has been hampered by a lack of awareness, limited technical capabilities, and operational challenges. This gap has left many SMEs struggling to implement effective AI solutions.
Wang expressed the importance of democratizing access to technology for all. "Intelligent solutions should be universally available," he stated. Huawei is prepared to assist SMEs in overcoming their challenges and accelerating their paths toward intelligent transformation. The company's strategy involves simplifying the deployment of AI solutions to bridge the existing gaps in technology and human resources.
Many SMEs are turning to external providers for AI solutions due to their inability to implement these technologies independently. They seek user-friendly tools that enhance productivity and accelerate growth. Historically, installation companies have relied on complex subcontracting models, which have proven inefficient. Addressing this market issue, Huawei has shifted its distribution strategy from selling isolated products to offering comprehensive systems that are easier to install, derived from real-world use cases.
The number four in the 4+10+N denotes four primary scenarios that cover various business operations: smart office, smart business, smart education, and smart healthcare. The ten solutions introduced include specialized offerings for small and medium business offices, smart hotels, digital diagnostic platforms, and intelligent interactive classrooms. Meanwhile, the 'N' represents a variety of product adaptations designed for diverse situations.
During the presentation, Huawei announced the release of 26 new products from the N series, including enterprise-grade routers like the HUAWEI eKitEngine AR180. These advanced devices integrate multiple functions such as routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and VPN capabilities. Recent products from the IdeaHub line were also showcased, which combine AI-driven conferencing features, acoustic partitions, and versatile apps.
Wang emphasized, "We have taken on the responsibility to address complex issues, allowing our clients and partners to focus solely on growth. Our comprehensive solutions facilitate easier and quicker smart upgrades for SMEs."
The newly launched products feature significantly advanced AI technologies compared to their predecessors. They are designed to be integrated and tested alongside other solutions, enhancing delivery flexibility. This allows installers to mix and match products tailored to specific business needs.
Cisco's interoperability enables distribution partners to optimize sales by ensuring rapid access to essential resources, solution presentations, and tailored configuration plans. This assistance simplifies product selection and tool design for both installers and end-users.
Moreover, Huawei provides support for unified installation services, centralized network management, and consolidated customer service, helping clients smoothly integrate AI while ensuring efficient delivery.
Concluding his address, Wang stated, "These solutions mark the final phase for SMEs entering the intelligent world. We are excited to collaborate with distribution partners and deployment specialists to leverage available resources, allowing SMEs to fully harness the advantages of intelligent solutions."
