The call for nominations for the 12th Women Engineers Development Success Award begins on July 1, 2026. This esteemed award aims to honor individuals and organizations that have significantly contributed to the advancement of women engineers in the technology sector.

Award Categories

The awards are divided into two categories: Individual Awards and Organizational Awards.

Individual Awards

The Individual Awards recognize contributions irrespective of gender, focusing on:

• - Role Models: Individuals who have inspired and influenced a significant number of women engineers through their work.
• - Work Environment Enhancers: Those who have contributed to creating supportive workplace environments that facilitate the success of women engineers.
• - Talent Development Advocates: Contributions to internal educational programs or initiatives that promote diversity and support the career development of female engineers.
• - Career Support for Students: Efforts to aid female engineering students in shaping their careers and future prospects.
• - Educational Support: Individuals who have supported primary and secondary education initiatives that help increase the number of women engineers entering the field.

Organizational Awards

Organizations, schools, corporates, and research institutions that have made tangible achievements in:

will be recognized with the Organizational Awards.

Prizes

The awards will include:
