From June 22 to July 20, 2026, guests can indulge in the unique pairing of three delectable melon-inspired desserts and corresponding cocktails or mocktails in a special menu titled "Dessert & Cocktail Pairing."
This innovative offering, devised by Executive Pastry Chef Fumitake Gōji and Assistant Beverage Manager Shion Fujita, showcases the flavors and aromas of seasonal melons in creative dessert forms. The three-courses provide a refreshing and delightful tasting experience, suitable for both cocktail enthusiasts and non-drinkers alike thanks to the availability of mocktail options.

Enjoy a melon compote made with honey from Mitsubachi Farm served with a citrus sorbet. To accompany this dish, sip on an “Adult Melon Soda” cocktail featuring a blend of melon, vanilla syrup, and soda, enhanced by the addition of melon jelly for a refreshing sweetness.

Experience the Melon & Herbal Tea Parfait paired with a revitalizing drink made from chamomile and lemongrass. The herbal notes will align beautifully with the parfait’s flavors, leaving a refreshing aftertaste.
