Prior to joining Transit Technologies, Lei held several senior leadership positions at renowned companies such as Samsara, Teletrac Navman, Spirent Communications, SpotOn, and Juniper Networks. Here, he was responsible for leading substantial hardware product organizations, successfully reducing manufacturing and lifecycle costs while accelerating time-to-market. Furthermore, his experience includes overseeing post-merger platform consolidation, a skill that will be crucial as Transit Technologies looks to modernize and expand its hardware offerings.
