The Launch of Key of the Night -Barrel Aged- at YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO

On October 15, 2023, Sapporo Breweries will unveil its exclusive beer, Key of the Night -Barrel Aged-, at YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO. This release commemorates the first anniversary of the brewery's launch and is a continuation of the brewery’s dedication to traditional and innovative craft.

The Key of the Night was initially introduced in April 2023 and is styled as a barley wine, but this new version has undergone a special aging process in barrels previously used for Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky. This collaboration with one of the world’s top Scotch brands introduces a complex aroma and flavor profile that’s truly remarkable. The special aging not only enhances the richness of the Yebisu beer but adds nuances that celebrate the meeting of two historic brands.

In celebration of the release, an exclusive event called Unlock the Night will be held on October 14, 2023, for the first 88 attendees. This is a fantastic opportunity for fans to be among the first to taste this limited-edition brew, experiencing a delightful evening that honors the craftsmanship behind both Yebisu and Dewar's.
