FANCL's Commitment to Sustainability
FANCL Corporation has announced its participation in the innovative "Kanagawa CO2 CO2 Points+" initiative, set to kick off on October 1, 2025. This program, sponsored by Kanagawa Prefecture, aims to promote eco-friendly consumer behavior through a points system that rewards purchases of low CO2-emitting products.
Overview of the Initiative
The "Kanagawa CO2 CO2 Points+" program is designed to augment the existing point systems utilized by retailers within the region. The core goal of this campaign is to incentivize consumers to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle by purchasing products that are environmentally friendly during their production, distribution, and consumption phases. By offering additional incentives, the program encourages the community to shift toward carbon-neutral options.
Starting from October 2025 until December 26 of the same year, FANCL will extend this benefit to customers across its 15 directly managed stores in Kanagawa. For every designated eco-conscious product purchased, customers will receive an additional 50 points to their standard FANCL Membership points as a reflection of their contribution to lower carbon emissions.
