On September 1,
the new employment support facility "Kaien Ebina" officially opened its doors, addressing the growing demand for disability employment support in Kanagawa prefecture.
With the upcoming increase in the legal employment rate for people with disabilities from 2.5% to 2.7% in July 2026, the demand for companies to employ such individuals and to provide support is anticipated to rise significantly.
Kaien has successfully offered its services at various locations in Kawasaki, Yokohama, and East Kanagawa, and now expands its reach to those living in the central region of Kanagawa by launching this new center.
Located on the 13th floor of the prominent Ebina Prime Tower, the facility boasts a spacious, well-designed office with stunning views and a calming environment, just an 8-minute walk from Ebina Station.
The 7th floor of the same building already hosts the "Kaien Ebina" training facility for self-reliance training, which opened in April 2025.
This proximity allows for seamless support that caters to the various stages of development from basic life skills training to employment.
