BitMine's Massive ETH Holdings Exceed 2.65 Million Tokens and $11.6 Billion Total

BitMine's Major Cryptocurrency Holdings

BitMine Immersion Technologies, known by its stock symbol BMNR, has made headlines with its impressive acquisition of Ethereum, surpassing 2.65 million tokens. As of September 28, 2025, this stock has amassed a total of $11.6 billion in cryptocurrency and cash holdings, positioning BitMine as a significant player in the digital asset realm.

The value of BitMine's holdings, which includes over 2.65 million ETH valued at approximately $4,141 per token, Jeffrey Lee Holdings, and 192 Bitcoin (BTC), underscores the company's aggressive strategy to grow its cryptocurrency portfolio. Additionally, they hold a stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) and $436 million in cash, yet to be encumbered.

By controlling more than 2% of the total ETH supply, BitMine is on a quest aiming for what they refer to as the 'Alchemy of 5%'. This ambitious goal reflects the company’s strategy to dominate the Ethereum treasury landscape, which could reshape the company’s future and impact the broader cryptocurrency market.

For context, BitMine's ETH holdings now represent one of the largest sources of treasury for Ethereum, second only to Strategy Inc. (MSTR) that currently holds 639,835 BTC valued at a staggering $71 billion. The clarity in BitMine’s ambition is directed towards ensuring they stay ahead in the competitive cryptocurrency treasury sector.

Notably, BitMine has garnered substantial backing from prominent institutional investors such as Cathie Wood from ARK Invest, and other reputable names including Bill Miller III, Pantera Capital, and DCG. These investors represent a robust support network that validates BitMine's vision to acquire 5% of all available ETH tokens.
