Strategies for Survival Amidst Changes in Employment Support Services: An Online Seminar

In light of the imminent changes in the employment support sector, a free online seminar titled "Changes in Employment Support Services: Strategies for Survival", co-hosted by Papageno Co., Ltd. and ARU Co., Ltd., will take place on February 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM. This seminar is designed specifically for CEOs and managers involved in Type B employment continuation support services, providing them with essential insights and strategies to navigate the upcoming regulatory shifts.

Background of the Seminar

Effective June 2026, a temporary remuneration revision is set to drastically alter the landscape for Type B employment support services. Key changes on the horizon include the tightening of new establishment criteria, increases in wage standards, limits on additional funding, and the strengthening of guidance for productive activities. These adjustments are expected to challenge many managers who fear that maintaining operations under the current framework will become increasingly difficult.

A common concern among business leaders is the uncertainty surrounding these reforms. Many express confusion regarding the specifics of the modifications and question where to begin their preparations. This seminar aims to address these issues by presenting a clear explanation of the changes and outlining immediate actions that existing providers should consider. With a one-hour slot during lunch hour, participants are encouraged to join conveniently. Additionally, recorded sessions will be available for those who may not be able to attend live.

Seminar Objectives

Participants in this seminar will learn:
  • - Detailed insights into the temporary remuneration revisions effective June 2026.
  • - The implications of reinforced guidance on production activities on current operations.
  • - Immediate steps that organizations must undertake before the 2025 fiscal year.
  • - Case studies shared by Papageno and ARU, both operating Type B employment support services.
