The introduction of the 5,000th power battery pack highlights Zoomlion’s efforts in creating a sustainable energy ecosystem that harmoniously blends essential components, system development, and practical applications. Notably, the proprietary battery management system offers precise cell monitoring along with intelligent charge and discharge control, ensuring consistent performance, even in extreme weather conditions. These advanced battery packs are already in widespread use across cranes, concrete machinery, and agricultural equipment, garnering positive feedback from customers who appreciate their reliability and innovative technology.

lithium battery solutions comprise several significant series:
- - The Xiaoyun hybrid-agriculture pack, designed for full-spectrum compatibility and operable in a temperature range of -40°C to 60°C.
- - The Standard Box series, which allows for flexible power expansion ranging from 140 to 800kWh, with successful tests logging over 2.6 million kilometers in commercial use.
- - The Mining series, engineered for robustness and equipped with in-house management systems that respond to the demanding conditions typically found in mining environments.
Moreover, the announcement included innovative electric drive systems featuring high-efficiency motors and control systems, among which are the
120kW reluctance flat-wire motor, a
300kW dual-module main controller, and a powerful
700kW electric mining truck powertrain. Central to this ecosystem is a newly introduced domain control platform utilizing a six-core chip capable of executing over
1,000 dynamic adjustments per second. This technology facilitates seamless multi-domain control for a full range of electric machinery, enhancing operational efficiency and adaptability.
In a notable addition to its offerings, Zoomlion also introduced a comprehensive hydrogen solution designed to cover all aspects of hydrogen production, refueling, and utilization. This system features compact electrolyzers, the first high-pressure refueling station of its kind, and a
