Discover the Essence of Welfare: Being Thinking Tour 2025
This winter, high school students are invited to embark on a unique journey through the world of welfare during the
Being Thinking Tour 2025. This initiative aims to encourage self-reflection through firsthand experiences at welfare facilities, solidifying connections with diverse individuals and fostering valuable dialogues.
What is the Being Thinking Tour?
The
Being Thinking Tour is designed for high school students in Tokyo to stay at various welfare facilities. The goal is to deepen their understanding of what it means to live and support others in society. In environments away from school and home, students will have the chance to observe, listen, and engage with their surroundings—paving the way for profound discoveries about themselves and the world.
Participants will spend two days immersed in this experience, aiming not only for personal growth but also for a greater understanding of the community’s needs and values. Whether looking for friendship, new interests, or even a potential life theme, it all begins by simply “being there.” Welcome to a journey filled with possibilities!
