The University of Tulsa (UTulsa) has achieved an impressive milestone by securing a spot among the Top 75 private research universities in the country according to the latest U.S. News & World Report for 2027. In the recent rankings, UTulsa has shown remarkable progress, advancing 10 places overall among national universities. Additionally, the university made substantial improvements in various academic programs: a 16-position jump in undergraduate engineering, a remarkable 57-spot increase for undergraduate computer science, a rise of 26 places in undergraduate business programs, and climbing eight spots in the best colleges for veterans. Students earning their bachelor’s degree from UTulsa report a median starting salary of $58,279, further reinforcing the value of an education from this prestigious institution.
