Starting from July 16, 2025, Yado University will open its second session of the Hotel Management Practical Seminar, targeted at enhancing skills necessary for effective hotel operations. This initiative is spearheaded by Yado College subsidiary, Dive Inc., based in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The hotel's seasoned industry expert, Taichi Yoshinari, will guide participants through a practical approach to hotel management, preparing them for the rapidly evolving lodging industry.

The Hotel Management Practical Seminar is designed for those interested in honing their skills in small luxury hotel operations, hotel startup support, manager training, and PMS development. With over 50 hotels in collaboration, Yoshinari will provide insights from real-world experiences, helping to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the lodging sector.
