Erwan Le Duff Takes the Helm as CEO of Digital Services Group SQLI
SQLI Welcomes a New Leader
In a significant shift within its leadership structure, SQLI has announced the appointment of Erwan Le Duff as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2025. This announcement comes as the company seeks to enter a new growth phase following a challenging period during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Transitioning Leadership
Le Duff takes the reins from Philippe Donche-Gay, who has successfully led the company since September 2020. Under Donche-Gay's leadership, SQLI not only navigated the impacts of the pandemic but also achieved considerable improvements in its financial standing. He expressed pride in the company's progress and confidence in Le Duff’s capabilities, stating, _"I am convinced that Erwan Le Duff has the experience and leadership required to take the company to new successes."_
Before his new role, Le Duff served as the Chief Operating Officer at SQLI starting in September 2024. His previous experience includes leading Odigo, a firm specializing in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, since 2015. Additionally, he has a rich background at Capgemini, where he held various strategic roles in the telecommunications sector, culminating in his appointment as CEO in 2011.

Le Duff aims to build on SQLI's established commitment towards enhancing relationships with its employees, partners, and clients.
